The craft, designated "Wraith", showed zero conventional propulsion signatures. Hull analysis confirms non-terrestrial isotopic ratios. This is not a weather balloon.

Two non-terrestrial biologics (NTBs) were recovered. One was DOA, the other is contained at Hangar 18, Wright-Patterson.
